Property Walkthrough Video Shot List
A walkthrough is a different job from a cut listing video. It is continuous, it follows a route, and the route has to make architectural sense — a buyer should finish the video understanding how the house fits together.
Plan the route before you pick up the camera. This list is the route, plus the shots that make it readable.

Route plan
Walk it once with no camera. Decide where you pause and where you turn.

Tips for this kind of shoot
- Walk the route twice before rolling. The second walk is where you notice the door that opens the wrong way.
- Pause in every room. Continuous motion with no pauses gives a buyer nowhere to look.
- Film static wides of every room as well. They are what you cut to when the walk wobbles.
