Real Estate Photography Shot List
Real estate photography is a volume business, and volume businesses live on checklists. The shot count per room is more or less fixed; what varies is whether you remembered to turn the lights on before you started.
This list covers the standard frames plus the preparation pass that stops you having to come back.

Tips for this kind of shoot
- One preparation walk-through, then shoot. Never prep room by room.
- Shoot from the corner of a room at chest height. It is the most consistent way to make a space read as large.
- Keep verticals vertical. Nothing marks an amateur listing faster than converging walls.
