Car films split cleanly into static and rolling. Static is controllable and should be done first; rolling needs a second vehicle, a driver, and a route agreed in advance.
Do not improvise a tracking shot. Plan the route, brief the drivers, and film it on a road you have permission to use.

Tips for this kind of shoot
- Wash the car and clean the glass before you start. Every reflection shows.
- Golden hour or overcast. Midday sun on paint produces hotspots you cannot grade out.
- Plan rolling shots properly — route, drivers, permissions. It is the only genuinely risky part of the job.
