A construction progress film is a series of identical visits. The value is entirely in consistency — the same positions, the same framing, every time — because that is what makes the timelapse work at the end.
Mark and record your positions on the first visit. Everything after that is repetition.

Tips for this kind of shoot
- Record the exact position, height and focal length of every fixed shot on visit one. Without it the sequence will not line up.
- Same time of day on every visit where you can. Changing shadow direction breaks the illusion of a timelapse.
- PPE and induction before anything else. Sites will remove you otherwise.
