Company Culture Video Shot List
Culture films fail by being generic. Ping-pong tables and laughing around a laptop describe every company and therefore none of them. What works is the specific — the actual ritual, the actual room, the actual argument in a meeting.
This list is a hunt for specifics.

Tips for this kind of shoot
- Ask three people what makes this place different, then film their answers rather than the stock footage version.
- Film a real meeting. Staged collaboration is obvious to everyone who has ever had a job.
