Recruitment Video Shot List Template
Recruitment video is judged by candidates who have watched a hundred of them and can spot a staged one instantly. The shots that work are the ordinary ones — real desks, real meetings, real people who are not reading a script.
This list is weighted towards those.

Tips for this kind of shoot
- Include the "what is hard about it" question. Recruitment films that only say good things are not believed.
- Film a recent joiner. Candidates trust someone who was in their position six months ago.
- Do not stage a meeting. Film a real one and get consent afterwards.

Storeyz keeps your shots in story order for planning and regroups them by location for the day — then you tick them off on your phone as you get them.
