Trade Show Video Shot List Template

Trade show footage exists to prove presence and generate follow-up content. That means two priorities: the stand looking busy, and the product being demonstrated clearly.

Both have narrow windows — the busy shots during peak floor hours, the clean shots before the doors open.

  • Film the clean stand before doors. Once the floor opens you will not get an unobstructed frame again.
  • Shoot the busy shots at peak hours — usually mid-morning on day one.

Use this list on your next shoot

Storeyz keeps your shots in story order for planning and regroups them by location for the day — then you tick them off on your phone as you get them.
